Returns & Exchanges

At 21 Draw, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
